My name is Wesley Pegram and I am the gardener and garden designer behind Gardinarius. Why Gardinarius? Quite simply, gardinarius is one of the names for a gardener in classical and medieval times. Since I love literature almost as much as gardening, I thought it would make for a pretty neat name.
Currently I specialize in making mixed borders. By mixed, I mean not only shrubs and perennials planted together, but also herbs and other culinary selections. A visit to Williamsburg not long ago peaked my interest in herb and culinary gardens, and I haven't let it go. I doubt it will ever get old, and I hope to find others to befriend who share this same interest, or who need help in creating such a garden at their home.
In addition to my speciality of designing and making mixed borders, I have been doing other things for clients, such as installing bamboo and redwood screens, brick and stone patios and general gardening --pruning, mulching and the like.
Well, thank you for your time. Hope to hear from you soon! Let me know if I can help.
